This Month: Nomad by Ayaan Hirsi Ali
June 7, 2010 - 1:38pm
I've been reading, and I have to say I love this book so far. Ayaan is intelligent and unapologetic. She has a keen eye for what is happening and she's concerned enough to formulate how to fix things.
Is anybody else reading so far?

If you love this book, everyone should read Infidel by her. One of my favourites! I will get to Nomad, though

Haha, for sure! I need a list of new books to read... I started reading "God is Not Great" by Christopher Hitchens but I haven't gotten around to finishing it, sighhh

IT IS! tell me what you think of it! the beginning is kinda slow I think, but it gets waaaay better

Believe it or not I'm already over halfway done with this month's book. It's fantastic. This woman is an amazing individual who has overcome much tyranny and superstition to become a "woman of the west". Can't wait to see the letter to her daughter at the end.
